The American Psychoanalytic Association's Journal & Book Review Database
This a great free resource for location books and journal articles.
A resource provided by the American Psychological Association for searching for psychological information on the web.
To use Medline you must register at Medscape, which is free. Then you have access to the Medline database which is an extremely useful resource. To go to Medscape home page click here.
This is a fairly new resources that is supposed to screen for only scholarly resources. However, I wouldn't completely trust that it only pulls up scholarly resources since it is fairly new. This is promising as a very useful resource.

World Wide Web Subject Catalog for Psychology
A useful resource put together at the University of Kentucky.
A research database for educational articles. There are some psychology and social science relevant articles which can be found through this database.
